CIVIS is not alone

 

Two new exposes in book form have entered with a bang the international arena denouncing the forces of evil that are mercilessly destroying our mother earth along with her duped inhabitants; who either out of cowardice, characteristic of herd species, to which most humans belong, or out of intellectual inadequacy, seem to be foundering slowly into a state of zombiness.

 

One of these books is the 729-pages strong Dirty Medicine, by an English investigative reporter, Martin J. Walker, who was 49 when he wrote it and has written five other books before. It can be ordered from Slingshot Publications, BM Box 8314, London WCIN 3XX.

 

The other book we read in French, La Mafia Medicale - 243 searing pages by a French-Canadian medical doctor, Guylaine Lanctot, who allegedly conceived her opus in the USA, modified it in France, matured it by investigating medical schools and systems in far-flung lands, including Siberia, and terminated it in Canada, where she published it, like Walker, under an imprint of her own, Voici La Clef, Inc., BP 113, Coaticook, Quebec, Canada J1A 2S8.

 

In accepted feminine guise, Lanctot keeps her age to herself, but lets on that she is the mother of four, indicating that it is also with their well-being in mind that she denounces what she aptly calls the Medical Mafia, which despotically rules the health of the nations today, to its own advantage rather than ours.

 

Like reporter Walker, so has Dr. Lanctot recognized that the scientific umbrellas the Rockefeller Foundation pretends to have opened over the peoples of the globe as a measure of health are not the protective wings of an angel but much rather a foreboding of doom. For that reason Walker, too, had to publish his message under an imprint of his own, Slingshot Publications, London, and is distributing it, with success, mainly by mail. There the similarity between the two books ends. The format in which the two authors have chosen to present their findings is startlingly different. But both pay kudos to CIVIS, much appreciated in these trying times.

 

DIRTY MEDICINE

 

It was heartening to learn that this book's first edition, though probably never getting into the wide, so-called "legitimate" book review and marketing circuit, was soon sold out, both in England and the USA, and has since been reprinted. In his Preface to the revised edition, Walker observes inter alia:

 

"Since publishing the book, I have 'discovered' Hans Ruesch and the ground breaking work of Morris Bealle. I was, at the time of the first printing, acutely aware that I had failed to make clear the link between Rockefeller medical philantropy and the Rockefeller interests in pharmaceuticals. I shall now be able to rectify this.

 

"I had expected that Dirty Medicine would be marginalised, principally because it dealt in some detail with the Wellcome Foundation and the marketing of their drug AZT. In some ways I do not care that it has been marginalised. There is something very comforting about being in the company of such fiercely independent investigative writers as Ruesch and Bealle. For these are people of whom it can genuinely be said that their thesis has not been corrupted by financial inducements or the degenerative fast-track to intellectual stardom."

 

In the sober, low-key I-beg-to-disagree style that has established British reputation for understatement, Martin Walker reveals the existence of a regular state of "war against health", rampant today on both sides of the Atlantic; a campaign conducted by the powers-that-be, who all turn out to be attached to the strings of the multinational but anonymous Chemical Moloch, aptly defined in Naked Empress as the Che-Me-Vi Kombinat. And the most repugnant aspect is that this "war on health" hides under the hypocritical flag of "war against health fraud, against quacks and swindlers", whereas the leading fraudsters, the quacks and money-grubbing swindlers of our day are those who have declared and are conducting this war, aimed at destroying the last vestiges of natural, effective remedies and healing methods, requiring care and ken, in order to replace them all with exclusively chemical, therefore noxious, products, purveyors of malady and death to the consumers but immensely lucrative to their manufacturers, because they can be produced industrially in large quantities.

 

The blurb of Dirty Medicine informs us that in 1987 the Wellcome Foundation, one of Britain's largest multinational drug companies, obtained a licence for the drug Zidovudine, known as AZT. It was heralded by the media and marketed by Wellcome as if it were the answer to the AIDS epidemic. Packaged and promoted like any other commodity, public relations companies and advertising agencies hyped AZT from Romania to Uruguay. In 1992 Wellcome made nearly £200 million profit from the drug. Meanwhile its users died.

 

With the marketing of AZT, the campaign against alternative and complementary medicine was suddenly transformed from an academic dispute to a war. Dirty tricks, industrial sabotage and character assassination replaced normal business and scientific practice.

 

Dirty Medicine is a frightening story of the free market at war with the powerless. It exposes how under the guise of government regulations, big business, science and the medical corps defend their products and profits. Thus, adding documented detail to documented detail, the book confirms, and markedly enlarges upon, what shook the readers of Naked Empress when it first appeared in 1982: that orthodox, State-controlled medicine has degraded to what can only be called an organized crime since it has fallen into the hands of multinational industries.

 

For instance, it is known that many people have recovered from AIDS. But nobody who has been treated with AZT has survived. And yet AZT is the only drug that official medicine keeps palming off as AIDS-effective. And the swindle goes on and on. Because there's money in it. What happened in the cancer racket is now endlessly repeated with all the new maladies the animal laboratories are turning out.

 

Walker writes: "The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has punitive powers which enable it to seek imprisonment for such offences as making false claims and mislabeling. The FDA has led the attacks on all of the alternative cancer treatments which have been developed outside government or Rockefeller auspices.

 

"The ACS, the leading cancer research body in America, has led a relentless war against all forms of alternative cancer treatment; it was set up and is funded primarily by Rockefeller interests."

 

The hypocrisy of those who have managed to monopolize all of today's information on "health" in the media is not only scandalous but frightening: the powerful fraudsters, well-poisoners and profiteers have embarked on a campaign aimed at final annihilation of all non-orthodox health practitioners and therapies that observe Hippograte's principal precept: "First, do no harm."

 

It takes the French book by Dr. Guylaine Lanctot to explain why the unspoken guideline of today's organized medicine may well be: "First, DO HARM."

 

LA MAFIA MEDICALE

 

We just learned that this book, which we read in French, will soon be available in English, too, though it is unlikely that in this language it will fare better than any other of the books that seriously thwart the Rockefeller aims and image, and that it will produce the same jolt that it produced in the dormant population of Canada when it first appeared there at the end of 1994.

 

The page reproduced opposite illustrates in what way the format of La Mafia Medicale differs from that usually adopted by scientific texts. By the way, O.M.S. is the French acronym of W.H.O., the World Health Organisation.

 

Dr. Lanctot defines the U.N.O. (United Nations Organisation, spelled ONU in Latin languages) as the actual World Government, and dedicates ample space to its aims and the vaccination program it is striving to IMPOSE upon the world's population, through its Ministry of Health, the WHO; notably, but not only, in the Third World, where the overcrowded, under-nourished are being decimated by starvation in the order of hundreds of millions in some years.

 

Is it conceivable that the rich and powerful that rule the world launch these massive vaccination campaigns with the noble intent to prevent more people from dying of starvation and disease and thus boost still further the over-spilling populations of the underprivileged countries, which are already pressing menacingly at our doors?

 

Dr. Lanctot keenly advances a disturbing hypothesis and makes it believable: that the massive vaccination programs might be aimed not at preserving lives but at reducing them; that the end pursued by today's World Government, which rules by the terror of fabricated maladies, might well be genocide.

 

To us this unlikely notion did not sound too new-fangled, as we remembered similar views expressed a couple of decades ago by a tandem of Australian biologists, Dr. phiI. Glen Dettman and Dr. med. Archie Kalokerinos. They accused their country's Health authorities of committing what the two bluntly defined as genocide, by imposing full-scale vaccinations on Australian aborigines, people who neither needed nor wanted them, and regularly trailing a crop of "mysterious" cot deaths, also known as SIDs Sudden Infant Deaths. Also in that case the two scientists hinted at deliberate genocide. Linus Pauling, the only man to win the Nobel Prize in medicine twice, solidarized with the views of his two Australian colleagues on a recent visit to Australia.

 

Dr. Lanctot digs deeper and wider in the possible purpose of imposed vaccinations, and brings many specific instances in illuminating detail. She was particularly troubled by a full-scale vaccination she saw enforced in French Canada in 1993. It was aimed at a whole generation (0 to 20 years) in Quebec, in all of Quebec and only in Quebec. Since when, does she ask, do bacteria and viruses know frontiers? These were the facts:

 

There was no epidemy nor any risk of epidemy. The epidemiologists were formal about that. Not one, but three different vaccines were administered, each one in a particular territory. Pressure was enormous to ensure that all children be vaccinated, schools were turned into clinics, the children who refused to be vaccinated were fingered and decried as anti-social.

 

"I saw with my own eyes," writes Dr. Lanctot on page 128 of her book, "one of those children. The mother didn't want it to be vaccinated. The nurse came to the house and made her believe that the vaccination was compulsory. The mother gave in...Now the child is invalided, completely deficient, both physically (spastic paralysis) and mentally."

 

That vaccination program cost the taxpayers of Quebec $30 million, in a period of severe recession to boot.

 

Dr. Lanctot explains that "murderous vaccinal obstinacy" thus: "Just like the aborigines, the Quebequois disturb: they want to retain their peculiarity and seek autonomy. Furthermore, Quebec (with its territories of the aborigines holds a reservoir of water that the multinationals covet. I understood the value of water the day a friend from California who sits on her State's Water Committee confided to me: 'Today, the gold is the water.' Could one imagine a better weapon than biological warfare to get rid of troublesome populations whose territories one wants to appropriate?"

 

Dr. Lanctot has more to say about vaccines. "Vaccinations allow epidemiological studies of populations and the gathering of information on the resistance to disease of various ethnic groups. They also allow the study of the reactions of the immune system of large masses of the population to antigens (virus, microbe) injected by vaccination, in the course of fighting an existing disease as well as in the course of a disease to be created.

 

"In 1987, some American and Indian D.B.T. (Department of Bio-Technology) laboratories have signed an agreement authorising the testing of vaccines of genetic fabrication on the population of India. This agreement unleashed vigorous protests because it granted access to the epidemiological and immunitary profile of the population. These data are extremely important on the military level, and are the more interesting inasmuch as India has never been affected by yellow fever and has not (not yet) experienced a single case of AIDS. Private American laboratories wanted to experiment in India some products that they were not allowed to experiment in their own country - and the Indian authorities signed the agreement!"

 

In all large-scale vaccination campaigns, Dr. Lanctot has noticed a close enmeshment of Government, Army, WHO, the financiers, the researchers, the laboratories, the universities, the CIA, and the World Bank. She writes:

 

"Under the pretext of our country's defense, the most murderous weapons that exist are being developed. War, whether biological or not, is war. And weapons are made to kill. Biological war is a gigantic business, largely financed by our taxes, through the army, research, and our donations. Also financed by our lives and the lives of our children and of millions of innocent sacrificed. It is we of the Western world who, by accepting the vaccinal obligation at home and abroad, are responsible of our diseases and of the genocides in the world.

 

 

 

FDA: PROTECTOR OF THE PEOPLE, OR PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER 1? (author unknown)

 

The Committee to investigate the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has just completed a lengthy investigation into illegal activities of the FDA and has found a mountain of evidence of illegal actions.

Investigators have discovered that more than 150 of the highest ranking officials of the FDA owned stock in the drug companies they were supposed to be regulating. The FDA is the enforcement agency and a participant in a conspiracy to keep beneficial products off of the market while promoting poison and habit-forming drugs for their financial interests.

 

Our researchers have found many all-natural cures for such ailments as arthritis, cancer, heart conditions, etc. Those products have been tested, proven effective, and are safe. They have no side-effects, but are kept off of the market by the FDA. The FDA says that the maker of these products may sell them if they don't tell you what the products can do for you; or they can tell you what the products can do; if they don't sell the products. You and I know that doesn't make sense; but the FDA officials know that it makes money, (for them).

 

Fifteen years ago, doctors told me that I would be dead in three months. They wanted to give me chemotherapy (chemical therapy), which they admitted would kill me if cancer did not. I would be dead now if I had allowed them to give me chemical therapy (pumping manufactured poison chemicals into my veins). I am alive today only because health-food stores provided me with the necessary information to overcome cancer.

 

I remember as a kid, reading and hearing on the radio that the cancer rate was 1 in 200 people. It scared me half out of my wits, but I was assured that the doctors and the FDA would soon find a cure for it.

 

For the last fifty years the cancer rate has gotten worse. The FDA has approved thousands of drugs that cause cancer.

 

The FDA is still approving new cancer causing drugs and food preservatives. Now, the cancer rate is 1 in 3 people. The cumulative effects of the FDA approved drugs are killing us by the millions.

 

More Americans have died from the side effects of FDA approved drugs than from all of the wars this country has been in, in its entire history. The money spent on cancer would pay off the national debt.

 

Information about the side effects of FDA approved drugs is taken directly from the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference). The information in the PDR is provided by the drug companies that manufacture the drugs. The PDR is available in any library and any well-stocked book store.

 

The FDA knew about the side effects before they even approved the drugs. The FDA has and is still approving life-threatening drugs knowing that they are fatal to millions of people, while keeping safe products off of the market.

The FDA's only claim to jurisdiction over the safe products is by proclaiming that if you make health claims for a product, it then becomes a drug. If you don't make claims, it is not a drug. In other words, a product either is or is not a drug based solely upon what you say about that product, not on its chemical composition. (Congress has enacted no such law.)

 

I say investigate the FDA and find out why they are getting away with killing innocent people. The only justification for the existence of the FDA is to keep dangerous products off the market: they have done exactly the opposite. They have approved thousands of lethal drugs while banning thousands of safe products that save lives, by harassing and threatening the manufacturers and distributors of these products. There is a lot more money to be made in continued treatment than there is in healing. The average M.D. has fewer than 500 patients who account for more than 90% of his income. If each doctor cured 2 people a day, they would be out of business in 1 year. The FDA' s is run by doctors.
